JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to lead and formulate competitive tender proposal for M&E packages.
Review and compare any tender submission from other parties.
Preparing Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates and Variations Order for projects.
Actively involved in sourcing and reviewing of selection of M&E sub-contractor, suppliers, vendors and other relevant stakeholders.
Develop and support the bidding team in tendering of projects.
Take charge to ensure the timely delivery of M&E packages and is in compliant with the engineering documents.
Familiar with reviewing contracts, terms and conditions, scope of work, M&E design specifications, codes and standards etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work location is in Jakarta, Indonesia. Candidate must be willing to be based in Indonesia permanently.
Strong M&E engineering background in construction industry either from main contractor or M&E consultancy company.
Strong knowledge in managing and preparing tender and bidding documents.
Strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience at senior managerial level is required for this position.
Preferably candidate that has prior working experience in Indonesia.
