JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the company’s overall IT operations in terms of hardware, software, network infrastructure and server related matters.
- Setup, configure, support and maintain various hardware (PC/Laptop/Server), operating systems (Microsoft Windows XP, Window 10, Windows OS and Windows Server OS.), networks (LAN/WAN)
- Support existing IT infrastructure including server administration, network operations and configurations, backup/recovery, system access security and database administration.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Provide expertise and support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions, file maintenance and administration of all server
- Ensure anti-virus software is installed, kept up to date.
- Oversee systems development and enhancement and the integration of new systems with existing systems
- Liaise with difference vendors and matters related to software or application systems covering the areas of hardware, software and maintenance services.
- Software license – Control, update, maintain and record the log.
- IT Policy implementation and maintain Policy compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology, or any related field.
- At least 4 years of working experience in related field.
- Required skill(s): Communication (both written and verbal), Time management, Problem solving
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting & leadership skills.
- Knowledge of LAN hardware and software management
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
- Related experience and knowledge of networking and troubleshooting internet is preferred
