JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for Testing and Cutover activities and must be able to advise, guide, own strategies,
approach execution, follow up.
• Must be able to stitch together all projects to make sure there are no gaps.
• Partners with various teams within and external to the project to develop a detailed integrated testing and cutover checklist and project plan incorporating both technical, functional, operational, and business tasks.
• Plans the resources, human and physical required for cut-over activities across varying groups and stakeholders both within the project and external to it.
• Develops the command center logistics, communication and escalation plan and command center documentation (policies, procedures, downtime processes).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years' experience of Workday Implementation experience preferably with an
implementation partner.
• Experience with Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation.
Experience on Learning and Prism is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task and set priorities.
• Strong trait in people management and coordination work including processes on policies and
documentations.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Agile and ability to adapt to the constants change through innovation.
