Mandarin Speaking Senior Finance Accounting

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A multinational manufacturing company located in Shah Alam is looking for a skilled and experience candidate in general ledger and full sets of accounting. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the general ledger and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This position requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of successful financial management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
• Make recommendations for cost-saving measures and process improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and professionally in English
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in accounting.
• Proven track record of senior-level financial management.
