Marketing Manager - Property Development
An established Property Development company listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is looking for a Marketing Manager to be part of them.
 
Main responsibilities of the Marketing Manager
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our property listings, services, and brand identity.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and digital content, to showcase properties and attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including the company website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising, to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the real estate industry.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers, photographers, and printing companies, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and generate referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and allocating resources efficiently to achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints.
Key requirements
  • Possess Degree in marketing and/or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial and/or supervisory position in a property related industry.
  • Able to plan, develop, coordinate and implement sound marketing programs and strategies to meet company’s goals and objectives.
  • Possess drive, maturity and able to oversee all aspects of sales & marketing activities.
  • Computer knowledge is essential.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, communication skills and can work independently.
  • Candidate without the necessary qualifications but possess relevant working experience can be considered.
