Key Responsibilities
SEO & SEM Management
Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to increase organic visibility and traffic.
Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display, YouTube) to optimize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reporting.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Plan and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, XHS etc.).
Grow brand engagement, reach, and follower base with creative campaigns.
Monitor trends, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize digital campaigns.
Collaboration & Team Support
Work closely with content creators, designers, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
Support the Marketing Manager in digital campaign planning, budgeting, and execution.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of proven experience in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and data-driven campaign optimization.
Strong copywriting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
