■海外(マレーシア尚可)のサービス業・飲食業などにおける同様の経験、5-10年以上が好ましい
■海外でのマネジメント経験必須(ビジネスを自走させることが出来る方)
■ビジネスレベル〜ネイティブの日本語⼒(N2 以上程度目安)

【Position】
MD Successor
【Job Description】
A business head candidate position at the Malaysian subsidiary of a major Japanese leisure service company.
Formulation, execution, and management of business strategies and sales plans for the Malaysian subsidiary
- Coordination and reporting with the Japanese headquarters
- Overall supervision of store operations
- Planning and implementation of marketing, promotional activities, and business improvement initiatives
- Financial management, recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee training and development
- Other general management duties…etc

【Requirements】
-Preferably 5–10 years of relevant experience in the service or food & beverage industry overseas (experience of business expansion in Malaysia is a plus)
-Proven management experience abroad, with the ability to independently drive business operations
-Business-level to native-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher)
-Understanding Japanese corporate culture
