Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Achieve and exceed sales goals in the assigned area/product by attracting new business from current and potential clients.
- Assist in launching and promoting products both online and offline.
- Assist in digital marketing efforts to enhance awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Foster positive business growth in the designated territory through strategic planning using SWOT analysis.
- Provide regular updates on market trends and competitor information to management.
- Build and apply extensive knowledge of products and business environment.
- Develop, execute, and align business plans and marketing activities within the territory.
- Prepare monthly reports and conduct market research for data reporting.
- Analyze territory and customer data, doctor call reports, and track spending regularly.
- Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders through regular field visits and maintain an updated database of key prescribers.
- Handle administrative tasks and support other ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Science/ Medicine or Business) with at least 3 years pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience.
- Experience in the Cardiology and Nephrology therapeutic areas is an advantage.
- Having experience in MOH/MOE would be an added advantage.
- Able to work cross-functionally across different teams.
- Team player, organized, results oriented and independent.
- Valid Class 3/3A driving license with your own transport.
