Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement plans.
- Identify and foster relationships with influential figures in the therapeutic area through data dissemination and scientific discussions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and successful launch of innovative products.
- Support the creation, development, and approval of promotional materials by providing medical input, meanwhile ensuring alignment with internal SOPs and adherence to the IFPMA code.
- Present and support continuous medical education.
- Train and coach internal teams to effectively deliver accurate medical information.
- Stay updated and maintain current knowledge of relevant guidelines, regulations, and industry trends within the pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree holder in a science education background.
- Preferably with experience in Medical Science Liaison or Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrable ability to build strong relationships with external experts.
- Solid knowledge of the MA code, regulatory and reimbursement framework, and clinical research guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
