JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Drive M&A deal origination through referral networks, strategic outreach, and cold calls, focusing primarily on Malaysia-based sell‑side opportunities.
Manage and track client relationships, plan follow-up activities, and support project leaders through meeting participation and actionable follow‑ups.
Conduct market research, gather and analyze financial and industry data, and prepare pitch books and client presentation materials.
Support end‑to‑end transaction execution, including negotiations, documentation processes, client liaison, and proactive deal sourcing by engaging potential target companies and expanding strategic networks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
Degree in any related field.
Strong exposure to sales, marketing, and business development, ideally within the financial services industry.
Proven ability in cold calling and targeted outreach to SME owners, demonstrating a strong hunter‑type sales approach
