What you will be responsible to:
- Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving set target.
- Conduct forecast to identify potential risks and contingencies in a proposed project.
- Develops manufacturing plans and maintains production schedules, assurance and quality control, safety and cost standards towards achieving department's objectives.
- Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations
- Develop metrics to drive continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.
- Address manufacturing challenges by troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a timely manner
- Manage resources and provide status information and feedback to internal customers and managers.
- Prepare periodic reports to update management on production objectives.
- Determine quality control standards. Planning and organizing product schedules
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field (high mix contract manufacturing) is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
- Knowledge in process control and adequate supervisory skills.
- Experience in managing a group of production staff.
