A world’s top watch brands distribution and retail company in Asia is looking for a Store Manager to be part of their team. You will play a crucial role in managing boutique operations and leading the sales team.
Main responsibilities of the Boutique Manager role:

Manage and plan all aspects of store operations which include inventory and expense control, manpower management and visual merchandising.

Develop sales improvement plans by analysing reports to optimise the boutique’s profitability and sales performance.

Lead and mentor a team of enthusiastic and customer-centric employees to enhance their skills, sales techniques and product knowledge.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and brand agents.
-
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications: SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent.

Min 5 years of management experience in luxury retail stores.
-
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
-
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and sales driven.
-
Proficient in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
