COMPANY OVERVIEW
A multinational shared service company located in Petaling Jaya is looking for a skilled and experience candidate with experience in payroll processing, supporting for countries such as Hong Kong, China and Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in processing payroll accurately and in timely manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with Hong Kong, China and Singapore payroll processing for overtime, ad-hoc payments, and terminations.
Ensure systematic and accurate handling of day-to-day payroll tasks.
Offer daily payroll support and guidance to employees on payroll and tax queries.
Coordinate with Tax advisors for expatriate tax return submissions.
Provide payroll information for auditing purposes.
Maintain comprehensive employee payroll records including banking details in the payroll system, coordinating with HR Business Partner for expatriate information.
Ensure accuracy of employee data and generate timely and precise reports as required.
Monitor employment pass expiry, probation periods, and notify Business HR accordingly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin to support Hong Kong and China market needs.
Has relevant working experience in Payroll in shared service or global business services industry
Having experience in processing Singapore payroll will be an added advantage
