JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee plating performance, conduct root cause analysis, investigate process failures and recommend appropriate solutions or corrective actions
- Work with cross-functional teams on process capability and yield improvement projects
- Coordinate troubleshooting of process issues and yield losses
- Drive for continuous process improvement and permanent solutions to resolve chronic process and quality issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Recognized degree in Engineering and Science, preferable chemical related.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in manufacturing engineering particularly electroplating process and preferred in leadframe manufacturing industry
