JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design processes for products.
Implement new processess/method for efficient production. - Identify and design tools which related to the process.
- Lead the production team towards the goal set by management.
- Review the efficiency and effectiveness of the methods apply, record and feedback.
- Troubleshoot all daily production related issues.
- Implement new processes/method for efficient production.
- Cycle Time Improvement.
Lean Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of working experience in manufacturing/production.
- Specialise in Process Engineering.
- Able to read and understand engineering / product drawigs.
- Familiar and able to prepare PMP, FMEA.
- Experience in leading new product FA.
- Knowledge in automation will be added advantage.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
