Job Descriptions
- Oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety.
- Analyze and optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Monitor production equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
- Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, procedures and equipment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Min 3-5 years of related experience preferably in areas in low volume high mix metal manufacturing for the semi-conductor, automotive or aerospace industries.
- Proficient in 3D, 2D, CAD, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, MES, Total Productive Maintenance, Lean, Six Sigma and PLM.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
