- To lead, plan, delegate and oversee engineering operations and related activities
- To facilitate and coordinate process and equipment activities to comply to customer requirements, industry standard and related rules and regulations
- Oversee the improvement of the operational efficiencies, yields, capital investment, capacity management as well as basic KPI’s.
- Understanding of product design and drawing from customer
- FMEA, SPC/DOE statistic data analytics skills and experience
- Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.
- Check subordinate’s work for technical accuracy.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years' experience in manufacturing industry, with relevant experience managing a team.
- Experience in project management, possess good communication skills and leadership skills are crucial.
- Working experience in PCB, plating and software would be added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work directly with customer to report as required all aspects of production and execution.
