Job Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Strategy: Developing and executing strategies for the generic product portfolio, including identifying opportunities for growth, optimizing product mix, and managing product lifecycle.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research to understand market dynamics, competitor landscape, and customer needs in the generic pharmaceutical sector.
- Product Development and Launch: Leading cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new generic products, from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Marketing and Brand Management: Developing marketing plans and promotional campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and market share, leveraging insights from market research and customer feedback.
- Lifecycle Management and Optimization: Monitoring product performance, identifying opportunities for product optimization, line extensions, or discontinuations, and implementing strategies to maximize product profitability throughout its lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Science related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences as product executive or product manager in pharmaceutical industry.
- Preferably with the prior experience in handling ethical products.
- Team oriented and self-motivated.
