Responsibilities
  • Decide and select Project Management (Improvement Activity) which will plan base on discussion with subordinate and plan from the discussion with superior where comply with the company direction and need to understand very progress of the project. This activity progress and result will be presented during Monthly Activity Meeting.
  • Liaise with production as to do the improvement project and possible to monitor from the beginning until the end and keep doing the improvement by setting new target.
  • Responsible to monitor, control, and plan the subordinates’ tasks and performance follow base on the required plan and perform evaluation of the performance of the subordinate.
  • Implement and follow the related legal requirement in working environment practice such as ISO requirement, safety requirement etc.
  • Responsible to Manage and control related confidential item and make sure the material is not leaked to another party and implement the preventive action.
  • Manage and control the expenses by implementing the cost down activity by selecting the proper item, part, material, external provider, and process.
  • Manage the informal or formal inhouse or external training as to increase the awareness of the necessary training scope which relevant to the work.
  • Make decision in terms of the priority of the work order base on the production plan and emphasize on the factor of safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Able to support job just in case subordinates are unavailable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent (Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering)
  • STPM/ Diploma or Equivalent with at least 10 years or more in department process role.
  • Self-starter dedicated to continual quality improvement.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Adhere to safety practices/ QA guidelines.
  • Ability to plan and manage projects under the direction of Superior.
  • Occasionally upgrade skillset to meeting changing job conditions.
  • Able to manage and work with team.
  • Have problem solving skill and good communication skills/
  • Writing report skill and documentation skills.
