JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To plan, organize and lead production team to meet the production target and quality standards.
- To manage manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and facilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Production / Process Management role in Oleochemical Industry.
- Knowledgeable in Oleochemical Process Plant Engineering & Optimization as well as familiar with Food Quality Systems requirements.
