COMPANY OVERVIEW
A fast‑expanding construction group specialising in residential and commercial building projects. As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our site and project engineering team to support new developments and project pipelines.
We are seeking a driven Project Engineer with a strong construction background who can coordinate effectively between site teams, subcontractors, and management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, understands construction workflows, and can confidently manage documentation, coordination, and bilingual communication (English & Chinese).
As a key connection between management and the site, you will help ensure smooth project progress from planning through to delivery.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend site visits and support day-to-day project operations
- Manage project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Assist in project execution and delivery activities
- Track progress claims and monitor payment status
- Provide English ↔ Chinese translation for documents, meetings, and site communication
- Support site safety, logistics, and overall project coordination
- Assist with material procurement (aluminium, glass, façade systems)
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in construction (façade / curtain wall experience is an advantage)
- Strong English and Chinese proficiency (spoken & written)
- Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both on-site and in the office
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and keep project timelines on track
