Job Responsibilities
- Understand existing process (incoming / stamping / plating / molding), product specification and system well.
- Closely follow up with product development team to understand upcoming new project trial run and qualification status.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resources once the project is qualified and ready for production.
- Coordinate and manage projects with individual departments and third-party suppliers / vendors.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Track actual production performance (speed, efficiency, yield) vs standard, establish improvement plan to actual doesn’t meet standard.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle and implement project changes to achieve project outputs.
- Initiate improvements / cost down to existing processes and practices.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Master Holder in Engineering or any equivalent in Science.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in connector manufacturing industry
