Project Manager (Market Research industry)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A multinational data analytics and market research company located in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a talent with project management experience to be part of their team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in managing cost, analysis, and managing project delivery deadlines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting market research fieldwork on a project-by-project basis.
• Efficiently overseeing project deliverables and costs.
• Analyzing the cause-and-effect relationships of significant incidents to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Optimizing project deliveries by managing resources, including external vendors.
• Ensuring timely completion of projects in accordance with client-set deadlines.
• Daily responsibilities may encompass testing online survey links, sampling, configuring and monitoring reports to assess key project metrics, ensuring adherence to quality measures, and providing regular progress updates to clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and professionally in English
• Have a minimum of three years of experience in project management and/or inbound sales.
• Demonstrate proficiency ranging from intermediate to advanced levels in Microsoft Excel.
