JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive and responsible for the implementation and sustaining of the quality system.

  • To implement Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 standards and manage the customer relationship.

  • Ensure documents are properly maintained, reviewed and updated for ISO and standardization requirement.

  • Develop, applies and manages proper management standards and procedures and provides advice on the issue within the quality system.

  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.

  • Investigate nonconformance's root cause and take corrective/preventive action.

  • Facilitate root cause analysis on the findings from the quality process assessments.

  • Participant in project continues improvement work.

  • Maintain positive & cooperative communications equivalent to all levels of employees.

  • Process QA requests ensuring owners are assigned and timely responses are provided in alignment with quality goals.

  • Plan and execute for internal and external quality audit but not limited to other customer audit program.

  • To assist HOD in the daily departmental operations, such as TAPA requirements, enforcement of access control, security control and CCTVs monitoring in the Central Monitoring System.

  • To enforce company Safety & Security SOPs as well as ensuring truck safety and security features are in place at all time.

  • To attend truck and security system audits from customer or local authority whenever necessary.

  • Investigate on truck accidents whilst in transit, theft etc. security incidents and submit Security Incidence Reports to management.

  • To ensure subordinate follow security SOPs.

  • To safeguard the employee’s safety, company assets as well as visitor safety.

  • To liaise and follow up with OTL Indochina entities on the documents needed when accidents occur.

  • To review all billing regarding to security features installed/ repaired within Malaysia as well as Indochina

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

  • Preferable but not limited to candidates who has background in Logistics/ Transportation industry.

  • At least 5 years working experiences in Quality, ISO 9001:2015 and exposed to safety, security & health aspects.

  • Mature, responsible, self-motivated, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.

  • Experienced in quality and TAPA auditing are added advantages.

  • Able to travel when required, either local or oversea.

  • Able to attend to any emergency at any time.
