JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Strategy Manager holds a pivotal role in driving and overseeing the quality strategy for IT infrastructure services within the Japan regional business context. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of quality frameworks, hands-on experience in ISO9001 and ISO27001 implementation, proficiency in Six Sigma methodology, expertise in conducting root cause analysis, and adeptness in managing quality governance aligned with Japanese business practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience in quality management within the IT or Manufacturing industry, with a focus on infrastructure services and Japan regional business.
- Possess a strong Japanese language skill in speaking, listening & writing.
- Certification in Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO9001 standards. Knowledge of ISO27001 will be added advantage.
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture and regulatory requirements.
- Proven expertise in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
