A fast‑expanding construction group specialising in residential and commercial building projects. As part of our continued growth, we are strengthening our site and project engineering team to support new developments and project pipelines.
We are seeking a driven Project Engineer with a strong construction background who can coordinate effectively between site teams, subcontractors, and management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, understands construction workflows, and can confidently manage documentation, coordination, and bilingual communication (English & Chinese).
As a key connection between management and the site, you will help ensure smooth project progress from planning through to delivery.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attending site visits and supporting daily operations
- Must have solid experience in Facade/Curtain Wall projects.
- Able to handle Monthly Progress Claims and payment follow-ups.
- Managing project paperwork, reports, and meeting notes.
- Strong skills in Facade Costing & Tendering.
- Manage company documentation and project paperwork.
- Expertise in Facade Material Procurement (sourcing and placing orders).
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Assisting in project delivery and execution
- Tracking progress claims and payment status
- Handling English ↔ Chinese translation (meetings, documents, site comms)
- Supporting site safety, logistics, and general coordination
- Assisting with material procurement (aluminium, glass, façade systems)
- Preparing daily / weekly progress reports for management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in construction (façade / curtain wall highly regarded)
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Able to work both on-site and in office environments
- Practical mindset — someone who gets things done, not just talks
- Ability to handle pressure and keep projects moving
