[Job Description]
Based in Malaysia office, provide recruitment and onboarding support for hiring in Japan.
- Administrative work related to recruitment and onboarding.
Communication with internal and external stakeholders
etc.
[Ideal experience]
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- 1-3 years of In-house Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruiter experience (recruiting experience for Japanese speaking positions or Japan market would be a plus)
- Business level Japanese proficiency (N2 level or above would be ideal)
- Business level English proficiency
