Our client, a global company specializing in supplying consumer healthcare products, is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator to join their team at the Mont Kiara office. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with the regional team, primarily responsible for managing distributors to increase sales and brand awareness of the company's products.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor existing distributors, including target confirmation, purchase order management, shipping arrangements, sales performance, marketing strategies, and distribution agreements.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels for each country.
- Increase sales and brand awareness by assisting in planning and executing marketing activities and monitoring promotion implementation.
- Conduct market research and provide management with competitor information, new product potential, etc.
- Build relationships with retailers in each country.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG industries.
- Experience in distributor management.
- Knowledge of import and export management.
- Willingness to travel overseas, including Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
