As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for executing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring that our team is comprised of skilled and motivated individuals who align with our company culture and values.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the talent acquisition process, overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and hiring decision support for all Asia offices.
  • Manage HR functions such as staff movement, including hiring, transfers, promotions, and resignations/terminations.
  • Collaborate with Regional Department Heads to determine requirements for open roles, preferably with knowledge in ID or construction.
  • Develop job descriptions and identify staffing needs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain organized databases of candidates, employees, KPIs, etc., across all offices and ensure they are updated in the server and HR apps.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws/regulations, including in SEA regions.
  • Assist in employee retention, development, and address employee issues through counselling or disciplinary action as needed.
  • Foster a positive working environment and recommend initiatives for all regional offices.
  • Prioritize staff safety and well-being, extending beyond Kuala Lumpur to encompass the entire region where feasible.
  • Conduct new employee orientations during onboarding and facilitate proper handovers or transfers during offboarding.
  • Collaborate with regional office admins on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in brainstorming, managing, and updating social media content (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Thorough understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly related to hiring and equal employment opportunity.
