Job Description
- Perform Secretariat work for Asset Liability Management Committee (ALMC) and Labuan branch Check off-market rates daily
- Produce market risk monitoring and review reports (daily,monthly,and ad hoc) to Management and Risk Committees
- Produce market risk monitoring reports as per Head Office requirements.
- Check on irregularities deals through treasury voice recorder for Malaysia and Labuan branch
- Support other staff within the Risk Management Department to ensure smooth operations
- Proactively monitor all the limits set by the Head Office and alert Department Head immediately if violations exist
- Consolidate necessary information and prepare a report for Asset Liability Management Committee (ALMC)
- Involve in New Products Launching program in identifying the risk profile, understand the risk and conduct impact assessment
- Involve in UAT testing on the new products or enhancement on the system before fixing it into production environment.
- Liaise with other departments in the bank on risk management matters.
- Involve in projects as per Head Office Requirements (i.e enhance on monitoring of treasury products)
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- 1 years and above related working experience in banking industry is required
- Experience with Office Management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Organization Skills with a Problem -Solving attitude
- Excellent personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to work and meet tight deadline
- Ability to multitask
- Prefer someone who has good communication skills as Candidate is required to liaise with customer frequently
