OUR CLIENT

A well-established property developer based in Petaling Jaya is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead a team in the property and construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market sales for the projects effectively to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and support Team Leaders and Assistant Marketing Managers in achieving their sales targets.
  • Prepare comprehensive marketing budget plans, sales forecasts, and detailed pricing strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Manage sales and marketing operating budgets efficiently to optimize resources.
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Oversee overall sales and marketing activities, including market research, advertising campaigns, and marketing promotional plans.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with agents to facilitate smooth business operations and enhance collaboration.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets within the property and construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
