A well-established IT and business skills training provider in Penang is seeking a proactive, motivated, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting impactful corporate training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities, while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients. - Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions on the company’s training programs and services.
- Conduct presentations, negotiate and close deals, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably 2–4 years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
