- Provide sales support for sales staff and customers to prepare Quotations and Purchase Order.
- Coordinate with customers on delivery arrangement, delivery time and status.
- Responsible to handle telephone enquiries and action promtly.
- Input SAP system for invoice,PO, arrange delivery, support sales documentation work.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin as written and spoken language.
- Computer skills, good with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
- Well-organised and systematic with strong administrative skills.
- 2-3 years working experiences (preferably experiences in Japanese trading/manufacturing is an added advantage).
