JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide sales support for sales staff and customers to prepare Quotations and Purchase Order.
Coordinate with customers on delivery arrangement, delivery time and status.
Responsible to handle telephone enquiries and action promtly.
Input SAP system for invoice,PO, arrange delivery, support sales documentation work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
Proficient in English and Mandarin as written and spoken language.
Computer skills, good with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Candidate must be willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Well-organised and systematic with strong administrative skills.
2-3 years working experiences (preferably experiences in Japanese trading/manufacturing is an added advantage).
