JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To make market visits to survey and understand market trends and changing point of sales trends within the assigned area.
- Management of distributors includes overseeing order, sales, campaign efficiency and stock control.
- Involved in comprehensive sales activities, sales strategy and campaigns.
- Determining distributor sales expansion capability while ensuring they achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Monitoring, planning and replenishing of distributor stock to ensure sufficient supply to the market.
- Track, prepare and present timely reports.
- Coordinate with sales support, production, technical & other related division or department.
- Conduct current market research to identify the sales opportunity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Min. 2 years experience in sales or related field
- Good communication skills - both verbally and in writing
