JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Develop new customer by getting their specs & sample.
- Prepare sample, quotation & get new customer information for registration.
- To get forecast order from customer.
- Have good communication with internal and external or new and existing customer.
- Create Sales Order from customer and release Sales Order information to PC team for next process.
- Follow up on Inspection Result Table/ Outgoing Report from QA team.
- Create Check List and schedule check list to monitor each department status.
- Check with Warehouse team when final product packing able complete.
- Follow up with Logistic team on invoice, packing list and AWB.
- Submit Shipment performance management table report to Production.
- Prepare customer sales report after each visit.
- Backup and support Sales Coordinator Job.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Sales of experience of electronics devices especially for Plastic film
- Develop new busniess and maintain existing potential customer
- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentations and leadership skills
- Able to team work and work aggresively
- Willing to travel
