Job Title: Sales Manager - Automotive Industry (Cub - Northern Region/Spare Part – Country sales)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive market, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets within the automotive sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the automotive industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at automotive OEMs, dealerships, and suppliers.

Qualifications:
