Our client is a well-known and established Japanese forwarding and logistics company. The position is based in Senai, Johor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Senai, Johor
- 5 days / week
- Industry: Sea freight, air freight, Logistics, shipping, forwarding, warehousing
- To be responsible for the sales and marketing division, report to the Branch Senior Manager.
- To ensure all daily import/ export activities are running smoothly to meet customer’s satisfaction.
- To meet and achieve monthly and yearly company targets. To set individual sales target to measure each Sales Personnel performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
- 5-8 years experience in the similar industry.
- more than 5 years experience in leadership role.
- Strong leadership qualities with motivational skills.
