A well-established healthcare company is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their Surgical Division's sales efforts and drive revenue growth while expanding the market share. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to achieve and surpass their targets.
 
Main Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and establish a strong presence in the surgical market.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure optimal performance and goal attainment.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and opinion leaders, promoting our products and solutions effectively.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and expenses related to the surgical product portfolio to optimize profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new leads, contacts, and revenue opportunities, strategically expanding our client base.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with existing and potential clients, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Attend relevant networking events to attract and retain clients, representing the company professionally.
  • Devise and execute sales and marketing strategies that contribute to sustainable business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Collaborate closely with management to align sales goals and strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Provide support to the team in various capacities as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with at least 2 years of specific experience in the OT table/light portfolio.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading a sales team.
  • Strong comprehension of the OT table/light market, including customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape
