Our clients, a leading lab equipment supplier in the life science industry, they are looking for a Sales Team Lead to spearhead the sales team, to be based in their office in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
Your roles include:
- Managing and Leading the Sales Team
- Developing New Business Strategies
- Achieving Sales Targets for Diagnostic Lab Equipment Portfolio
- Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships
- Identifying Opportunities for Growth
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field is required.
- Experienced candidates in Diagnostic Lab Equipment sales targeting hospital, institution or lab are preferred.
- Senior Sales professionals without direct team management experience are encouraged to apply.
- Possess leadership qualities and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
