JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Purchase order processing by checking availability and confirming of orders with the vendors in respect of price, quality and delivery date.
- Issue PO for PFM Related Item, Safety Product, Cleaning Product, IT Related Item.
- Negotiate MOQ, lead time, pricing and terms and conditions with new suppliers.
- Work with respective supplier to ensure materials delivery on time basis based on production requirement and within buyer timeline and follow up the outstanding purchase orders and expedite delivery of material.
- Respond to customer & supplier inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations
- Compare prices, specifications & delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers
- Monthly report KPI-Purchasing
- Prepare Good Receive Note
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years working experience in purchasing field focusing on electronics component
- Experience in localization initiatives
- Good communication in English
