A multinational company in the Beauty, Skincare & Cosmetics industry is looking for an E-Commerce professional to manage and increase sales on online marketplace, brand.com and other online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all online sales, identify issues and marketing activity inclusive of traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting. (EC360).
Improve website performance by continually implementing ecommerce strategies.
Work with developers to improve website speed and high conversion via smooth customer journey.
Work with the E-Commerce supporting team inclusive of Marketing improve quality and traffic acquisition, SCM Team (fulfilment of customer journey), Education Team for product specifications and knowledge and customer service.
Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in E-Commerce or a similar role.
Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
Proficient in E-Commerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
Skilled in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimization.
A team player with strong communication skills, negotiation skills, positive mindset, and able to work independently.
