We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This person will be responsible for all mechanical drawings that include mechatronic (gear or cable driven) lift systems. The key requirement for this position is to have a clear understanding of GD&T.
Job Descriptions
- Carry out the mechanical designs and meeting the international standards
- Creating complex assemblies and bill of materials (BOMs)
- Conduct stack-up tolerancing of complex assemblies
- Lead the engineering team on Design FMEA
- Collaborate with a cross functional team to carry out prototype validation
- Develop supportive documents in accordance with applicable norms and directives
- Release products through NPI protocols
- Support manufacturing and quality engineering teams for routine applications and continuous improvement
- Interaction with customers on all aspects of product designs and applications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5 to 10 years of job experience
- Hands-on working experience in design software such as Solid Works, AutoCAD, Pro-E
- Knowledge in PDM, SAP
- Mechanical designing with accuracy in tolerancing, gear transmission, spindles & pulley systems, mass production
- Basic knowledge and working experience with PCBA/ power supplies and DC motors would be helpful
- Developing, testing and evaluating of cost-effective linear actuator frame systems considering applicable norms and directives
- Managing international projects using engineering principles and techniques
