Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and organizes production schedules for manufacturing products
- Creates a comprehensive master schedule to determine the sequence and lead time of each operation, ensuring timely shipping in accordance with sales orders
- Analyzes production specifications, plant capacity data, and performs mathematical calculations to determine the optimal manufacturing processes, tools, and manpower needed
- Generates ad hoc reports, such as the Monthly Standard Value of Production Report
- Monitors production progress to ensure final products meet quality standards and customer specifications, overseeing the shipment of finished goods to end customers
- Tracks and updates the Customer Request Date (CRD) of models based on sales orders using the system
- Investigates production problems, conducts root cause analysis, and provides effective solutions
- Plans production activities to enhance runtime and minimize overtime
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Holds a diploma or degree in a relevant field
- Experience: Possesses a minimum of 5 years of work experience in planning, supply chain management, or a related field
