JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot production and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor process performance, analyze non-conformities, and support root cause and corrective actions.
Collaborate with Engineering and QC for process improvement and COPQ reduction.
Train and guide operators to improve technical skills, discipline, and ownership mindset.
Prepare daily production, downtime, and maintenance reports.
Support audits and continuous improvement programs (5S, TPM, Kaizen).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in Production or Process Engineering, experience in Metal Stamping Industry would be added advantage.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to oversee production team.
