JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor process performance, analyze non-conformities, and support root cause and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Engineering and QC for process improvement and COPQ reduction.
- Train and guide operators to improve technical skills, discipline, and ownership mindset.
- Prepare daily production, downtime, and maintenance reports.
- Support audits and continuous improvement programs (5S, TPM, Kaizen).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in Production or Process Engineering, experience in Metal Stamping Industry would be added advantage.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to oversee production team.
