JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To develop, implement, and continuously improve the QMS to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, and other standards.
To create and maintain quality system documents (policies, procedures, and manuals) to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
To lead customer quality audits, including preparation, coordination, rectification, and ensuring resolution of non-conformities in a timely manner.
To build strong relationships with customers to meet or exceed their quality expectations and ensure Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) are addressed effectively.
To conduct regular audits and collaborate across departments to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality.
To promote a culture of improvement within the quality system team and spearhead initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
To organize and deliver training programs to improve employees' understanding of quality standards, processes, and practices.
To provide regular updates on QMS performance, audit results, and progress of process improvement projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Quality Management (QA / QC / QMS) roles in Manufacturing / Engineering sector, experience in Automotive industry would be added advantage.
Experience in Quality Systems Audits and Documentations.
