Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Responsible in preparation of project costing and budget analysis for management review and submission
- Understand design intent from designers and prepare project cost estimation.
- Preparation of BOQ, tender documents, cost estimation, progress claims, evaluation of VOs, checking of drawings, material sourcing etc.
- Negotiate with sub-contractors and proposed quotations to secure best price.
- Continuously source for new contractors, suppliers and vendors for better terms and services"
- Ensure prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate.
- Review final draft tender to management before submission.
- Monitor contractual records with clients and suppliers are in compliance to protect company interest at all times.
- Monitor, cross-check and verify project claims: and invoices submitted.
- Ensure progress claims, certification and invoices to client are issued on a timely basis.
- Co-ordinate with Project team in administering contractual claims such as VO, time extension etc.
- Visit site if required.
- Any ad-hoc job assigned by the directors or management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Min 5 - 8 years relevant experience in Interior Design QS, construction or engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software
- A good team player, committed, self-motivated.
- Positive working attitude, good initiative, committed and willing to learn.
- Possess good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Initiative, Hardworking and responsible
- Able to start work immediately.
