Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D team members and the product planning team to oversee project and product life cycle management. 
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, cost optimization, hardware revision projects, and End-of-Life (EOL) product handling. 
- Strategize and implement EOL component planning as part of comprehensive product life cycle management. 
- Execute critical tasks such as Agile ECO/MCO processes, phase-out notices, prototype builds, and Manufacturing Verification Readiness (MVR). 
- Facilitate and lead productive project meetings to ensure efficient progress and alignment. 
- Foster teamwork and promote collaboration across multiple functional teams 
- Coordinate efforts and expectations globally, ensuring alignment across diverse groups and regions. 
 
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computing Engineering. 
- Minimum 5 years of relevant R&D experience, with 2+ years in project management within manufacturing or R&D environments. Preference for candidates with more than 5 years of work experience. 
- Strong English proficiency and communication skills across all organizational levels. 
- Familiarity with Agile product lifecycle management systems, PXI, PCIe, motherboard architecture, modular instruments, and controller architectures is advantageous. 
- Added advantage for candidates experienced in sustaining environments, EOL component management, inventory, BOM management, and PCB redesign. 
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across R&D and Manufacturing teams, fostering strong teamwork and interaction.
