Our client is an established MNC with mainly export business in steel and metal.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Johor Bahru town area
- Set monthly shipment schedule and make sure monthly shipment target achievement.
- Prepare shipping order as customer request considering delivery schedule, inventory status, production schedule.
- Check the all shipping-related documents; Invoice, packing list, BL, D/O, coil list, container load list, cert to prevent mistake.
- Monitor overdue invoices to ensure the collection of the payments
- Manage and grow existing customers.
- Set-up each individual customer target by monthly basic on own forecast of market trend
- Attend to customers complaints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Min Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
- 5 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably with experience in export sales.
- Good communication skills in English.
