JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise installation and servicing of specialized machinery, performing hands-on work when required.
Train customer personnel on safe operation and maintenance practices, emphasizing zero-energy state during servicing.
Deliver responsive customer support via phone and ensure timely follow-up documentation, including service records and trip reports.
Work on holidays and weekends as part of routine responsibilities.
Travel extensively, including international assignments, to meet customer needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 5 years of experience working as Service Engineer / Maintenance roles for Mechanical or Heavy Machineries.
Strong technical skills in machine troubleshooting, repairing, and maintenance.
Knowledge in PLC Application would be added advantage.
Open to travel for work to service machineries for regional clients.
