JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise installation and servicing of specialized machinery, performing hands-on work when required.
- Train customer personnel on safe operation and maintenance practices, emphasizing zero-energy state during servicing.
- Deliver responsive customer support via phone and ensure timely follow-up documentation, including service records and trip reports.
- Work on holidays and weekends as part of routine responsibilities.
- Travel extensively, including international assignments, to meet customer needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 5 years of experience working as Service Engineer / Maintenance roles for Mechanical or Heavy Machineries.
Strong technical skills in machine troubleshooting, repairing, and maintenance.
- Knowledge in PLC Application would be added advantage.
- Open to travel for work to service machineries for regional clients.
