JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide corporate support for planning activities, including the development of Business Plans, PDCA reporting, coordination of Townhall meetings, promotion of the MTMP, and monthly/quarterly reports to the Asia Pacific Business Unit.
- Assist the GM/supervisor in the Corporate Planning division with developing and enhancing Partnership Strategy, corporate profiling, and reports on political updates, economic research, and local intelligence.
- Identify and evaluate potential new partners and explore opportunities with existing partners for new business development, focusing on cross-divisional, corporate development, and consumer-centric businesses aligned with the MTMP.
- Facilitate information sharing and communication by actively utilizing channels such as Viva Engage and MD messages.
- Enhance the efficiency of business processes within the division, including creating the division’s manual, by leveraging internal and external knowledge and experience.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- A degree in Business or a related field is required.
- Resourcefulness, extensive business network exposure, and a solid understanding of current political dynamics and government policies will be highly valued.
- Preference will be given to candidates with strong connections within government authorities.
- Familiarity with presentation tools and the SAP system is advantageous.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are necessary, along with overall efficiency with PC tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels, are required.
